Inbounding Outbounding

Log in to "Repro Works Portal" using Google Chrome.

Click on "Catalog Search" tab in the navigation bar to select new/updated titles in the system.

Click on advance search option to filter out list based on dates.

Select "Updated From" and "Updated To" dates in the form so that list will be sorted accordingly.

Click on "Search" button to search the data based on the form filled.

You can get the desired result below.

Click on "Export" button present on the top of the searched result.

Then, click on any of the option (Amazon, Flipkart, Custom, Springer) mentioned in its dropdown to export file in their format.

The system populates a popup in which you can click on "Yes" button if you are sure to export file in the selected format.

If you choose "Custom" option for exporting files. The you got another popup screen, in which you can select the fields you want to export in the file format.

Then, click on "Export" button to export files.

Click on "File Import/Export" tab in the navigation bar to view the updated table of exported files.

Click on "Download" icon present in the Action column of the table to download exported listing file.

List the titles on the desired eretail channels/Marketplaces(Offline).

Step for Inbounding:

Click on "Masters" then "Partner" tab in the navigation bar in the system.

Click on "Search bar" and type channel to search for "Channel" partner type then press enter button.

Double click on row to view/upload particular channel's detail.

The system populates a screen where you can find "Upload" icon button in the "Fulfillment" column in the "Location" table to upload new site code.

The system populates a popup where you can upload product ID file.

You can find the required file in the system. Then, click on "Open" button to fetch the file from your system.

Then, click on "Submit" button to upload the file.

Click on "FIle Import/Export" tab in the navigation bar to check the status of inbounding.

You can view the exported file in the table.
