Search Catalog

You can search metadata files in the system after importing successfully. You can also check whether it is successfully ingected or not?

Click on "Catalog Search" tab in the navigation bar to search catalog of books in the system.

After importing files in the system, enter file name in search box to find the catalog.

Or, you can click on dropdown icon for advance serach in which you are having more option to filter out list.

Click on "Search" button to search for the result.

Click on "Reset" button to reset the form values.

You can find searched list below.

You can also filter searched list on the basis of different categories like Partner, Partner Type, Publisher, B2B, etc. You can select multiple fields from the different categories at a time.

Click on "Show More" link to show more items present in the list.

Click on "Show Less" link to shorten the list.

You have four icons i.e book, list, pencil and switch button in every item in the searched list.

Click on book icon for Manual Content Request for particular item.

The system populates a popup where you can fill the details for downloading the details of the item. Click on "Request" button to request for the list of the details of item. Or, click on "Cancel" button to close the popup screen.

Click on list icon to "Get Item Order Details".

Click on pencil icon to "Edit Book Details".

The system redirects your screen to the "Catalog Management" tab, where you can edit the book details.

Click on "Compensation" button to view the compensation received on this catalog.

The system prompts a screen where you can see the compensation details.

Click on "Save" button to save the edited fields.

Click on "Reset" button to reset the edited values.

Click on "Back" button takes you back to the previous screen of "Catalog Search".

Click on history icon to check the "Items updated history"

The system prompts a screen where you can see all the items updated in the system recently.

Click on switch icon for "Make Item Sellable/Unsellable". If it is on (green) it means the item is sellable or off (grey) that means the item is unsellable.

Click on "Export" button to export the items for sale via Amazon, Flipkart, Custom or Springer. You can choose any of them to make the item export through the channel in their respective format.

You can view exported files data on "File Import/Export" tab.

Click on "Non-Sellable" button to make all the search list items non-sellable.

Click on "Sellable" button to make all the search list items sellable.

Click on more icon for making searched list send to B2B, Non-B2B, Inbound, Outbound channels.
