Print Printlist
You can generate list of the content with their specification which helps in printing. You can filter out the list in the table on the basis of Expected From/To Ship Date to generate printlist. Also, user can scan books which were printed or put its ISBN No and Submit it. It will update the inventory and mark the book available for order.
Click on "Print Printlist" tab in the navigation bar to generate or scan printlist.
You can search for the printlist by entering its details in the search field.
Or, you can click on dropdown icon for advance serach in which you are having more option to filter out list.
Click on "Search" button to search for the result.
Click on "Reset" button to reset the form values.
You can find printlist details in the table.
Double click on the row of the table to check if the book has already scanned or not and check whether their is printed book or not in the inventory.
The system prompts you with the screen where you can check all the books details present in the particular Printlist.
You can click on checkbox(es) present in the "Is Printed" column of the table to check their scanned info or mark it as printed.
Click on "Scanned Printed Info" button to check book's scanned related information.
Click on "Mark Printed" button to mark the selected book printed.
Click on "Scan Books" button present on the top right of the screen to scan books through the system.
The system prompts you with the screen where you can put ISBN number of the book to scan that book.
Click on "Submit" button to print the book and increased its "Printed Quantity" from 0 in the table given below. Once you click on "Submit" button you will find the book detail in the table.
Click on "Reset" button to reset the ISBN number you have filled in the form.
Click on the "Generate Printlist" button present on the top right of the screen.
Fill the following details in the form to filter out the list based on your requirements.
Click on "Search" button to search the result.
Click on "Reset" button to reset the form field.
You will find the result/filtered result in the table.
Click on "Generate Printlist" to generate list for printing.
