Send Content Request or Open Quantity

You can send or system will automatically send content request for items with open quantity to the content source for example, Repro Vault or Ingram. By Open Quantity, we mean that we don't have published book for the order we have received and we put order status "Partially allocated" and asked for the content to content source.

Repro Vault: Repro Vault is used for conten safety. Content will be stored in Repro Vault in ".pdf" format. It will provide you the file whenever there is an order and having status "Open Quantity". And, you have to give all the information about the order only then they will provide you the content.

Ingram: Ingram is Repro's partner and having content with them only (when author will not trust anybody and share content only when received order) and stores in their LSI (Content Management System).

Click on "Content Request" tab in the navigation bar to send request to content source.

You can search content request by entering in the "Search" field.

Or, you can do advance search if you want to search using multiple filters.

Click on "Search" button to search based on the information you filled in the form.

Click on "Reset" button to reset the form values.

You can view result/filtered result in the table.

You can double click on the row of the table to check its details.

The system prompts the new screen where you can check the details of the content request.

If there is any request which is not approved or rejected yet then you will fine three icons in the "Action" column of the particular row i.e. "tick" mark to approve it, "cross" icon to reject it, or you can select multiple checkboxes to perform the same function for all at a time.

Click on "Approve Selected" button to approve the selected checkbox(es) in the table.

Click on "Reject Selected" button to reject the selected checkbox(es) in the table.
