Publisher User

You can create new Publisher User from the system.

Click on "Masters" then "Users" tab in the navigation bar to create new publisher user.

Click on "Add New" button present on the top right of the screen to add new user in the system.

The system populates a screen where you have to fill the form for adding new user in the system.

Enter User's details. First fill the user's "First Name" and "Last Name".

Then, enter user's "Contact No", "Email" and "Password".

Now you have to select "User Location" from the given dropdown values.

After selecting User's Location, you have to select the "Business Unit" based on the selected location.

Then, select "User Type" whether it is "Repro" or "Publihser".

Enter "AD User ID".

Now you have to select the status for the user from dropdown either "Active" or "Inactive".

Lastly, you have to assign the roles to the user according to which he/she has the access to run the system. You can select role with the help of names of the roles and their description given in the next column of the table.

Click on "Save" button to save the user's details in the system.

Click on "Reset" button to reset the form fields.
